ORDERING
You can place orders at KoelzKidz 24 hours a day. If you want to order, click the appropriate article on the Add button and the desired item will be placed in your cart (top right of the shop). This way you can place multiple items in your shopping cart. If you want to check out the articles, choose the shopping cart link "view cart". Then please follow and complete the presented ordering procedure. If you already have an account, you will be asked for it during the check-out procedure. If you don’t  haven one yet, you will be prompted to create one, after which the order can be completed.

SHIPPING
The shipping costs for deliveries within the Netherlands are € 2.95. When an order for delivery within the Netherlands exceeds € 70, the shipping is free of charge. The shipping costs for deliveries to limited countries in Europe* amount to € 6.95. For sending the articles we use TNT Post postal services. Delivery is normally within 2-4 businessdays (Monday to Friday) after payment is received by KoelzKidz for destinations in the Netherlands, for the limited destinations within Europe* expect 3-5 business days for delivery. You will receive a confirmation via email of the dispatch of your order.

OPTIONAL ORDER PICK UP
It is possible to pick up your order in Alphen a / d Rijn. This saves on shipping costs. In this case please select shipping option "Afhalen in Alphen aan den Rijn". The order must be paid in advance, it is not possible to pay at the pick up location. Picking up your order is only possible after making an appointment.

PAYMENT
Order will be shipped after payment is received by KoelzKidz. Payment is due within 7 days after you've placed the order. If payment is not received within 7 days, the order will automatically be cancelled (without charge). For payment please use the following options:

Money transfer via bank account
If you choose to transfer money via a bank account, please use the payment details presented to you when finishing the order. You can also use the email order  confirmation for payment details. Please transfer the order ammount in EURO to our bank account at ING with account number 4209785 made out to KoelzKidz in Alphen a / d Rijn, Netherlands. Please include your order number with your money transfer. For payments from abroad (in EURO's only) you can use the following ING Bank data:

Payment via iDEAL (Only available for holders of a dutch bank account)
After placing orders in the shopping cart, at checkout, please select payment method " iDEAL". You will be redirected to the iDEAL payment area of your bank at which you should hold an account. Through your bank's well known and secure environment you can complete the financial transaction.
