Exchanges and Returns
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you took delivery of the goods.
You use the right of withdrawal:

In an exchange or return the item should always be in original condition and original packaging with original tags must be properly packaged and shipped with postage prepaid.
