1. Applicability / General
1.1. These general conditions apply to the total supply of KoelzKidz and all purchases made on the website of KoelzKidz. All agreements and disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by Dutch law.
1.2. KoelzKidz at all times has the right to change the terms and contents of the website.
1.3. By placing an order the customer declares to be of age and agrees to these terms.
2.1. All prices in the shop are in euros, including 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs.
2.2. All prices are subject to printing or typographical errors. These errors cannot legally binding.
2.3. For offers is that these funds intended for the specified promotional period or while supplies last.
3.1. All orders are handled with the utmost care in KoelzKidz in order of receipt.
3.2. The place of delivery is at your specified delivery/address when ordering.
3.3. To send the articles uses the mailbox post and parcel of Post NL.
3.4. For destinations in the Netherlands the delivery normally takes place the next working day (Monday / Friday). For destinations in Europe * is normally a delivery time of 2-5 working days (Monday / Friday). The items will be shipped after the payment is received by KoelzKidz. The deadline is 10 days after placing the order, unless there is force majeure or through the website published abnormalities.
3.5. KoelzKidz is responsible for the shipment until it has been received by you.
3.6. KoelzKidz is not liable for any delay that occurs in the shipping process.
4. Order & shipping
4.1. The purchase agreement is concluded by placing an order through the ordering system on the website. It is also possible via email correspondence to achieve a sale agreement.
4.2. KoelzKidz reserves the right not to accept orders without giving reasons. You will be informed by e-mail.
4.3. The shipping cost for deliveries within the Netherlands is Eur 2.99. Orders with a delivery address within NL, exceeding Eur 70,-, get free shipping.
The shipping cost for delivery in the following countries in Europe are 4,99 Euro:
Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France (Including Corsica and Monaco, plus Andorra), Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Austria.
The shipping cost for delivery in Denmark (excl. the Faroe Islands and Greenland) is Eur 6.99.
The shipping cost for delivery in Finland or Sweden is Eur 9,99.
Free shipping on orders in excess of Eur 70 is only available for delivery destinations in The Netherlands.
4.4. You will receive an email confirming your order and an update when items are shipped.
5.1. After each order you will receive an order confirmation KoelzKidz stating the total amount including shipping and tax.
5.2. For each order is that it is delivered only when the payment is received by KoelzKidz.
5.3. All the items you ordered remain the property of KoelzKidz until the full invoice amount is paid.
5.4. Payment is due within 7 days of order at KoelzKidz to be in. Is this not the case, the order is canceled by KoelzKidz (free of charge). For payment, you can use the following options:

After placing the items in the cart click checkout and select the "IDEAL" payment method. You will then be redirected to the electronic payment environment of the bank of your choice. You can now complete the payment transaction within the known safe environment of your bank. This payment method is only available to holders of a iDEAL enabled checking account in the Netherlands.
After placing the items in the cart, click checkout and select the "Bancontact/ Mister Cash" payment method. After providing your account details, you will then be redirected to the Bancontact payment environment of the bank of your choice. You can now complete the payment transaction within the known safe environment of your bank. This payment method is only available to holders of a Bancontact / Mister Cash enabled payment account in Belgium. For this payment method, a payment charge of 0,99 euro is applicable.
6. Returns / Exchanges
6.1. Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days after receiving the items.
6.2. In some cases, items cannot be exchanged:
- The article is specially ordered for you;
- The clothing is worn and/or washed;
- You have tried himself to repair a defect;
- You have the washing instructions/user has not followed;
- If the tag is no longer attached to the article (where applicable).
6.3. The customer has the obligation upon delivery of the order to check for any damage or defects. If something is not to be in order with your order, please contact us asap after receiving via [email protected] for processing.
6.4. The article to exchange or return it to that extent may only be unpacked so that the article can be judged whether it is to your liking. The article should not be worn (fit for the size may of course), and should not be washed in the original packaging to be returned.
6.5. Sign up for exchange or return is done via My Account on the website. After logging in, go to orders placed, find the order on what matters and click View. You scroll down and click on items returned there you can specify which items you wish to return, the reason for return, and whether you want to receive a refund or a different size/article. In the comment field, you can specify which items and which size you wish to receive if applicable. After registration of the exchange or return, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions. Wait always send with return until you have received our confirmation of this email.
6.6. Returns not administered via My Account will not be processed by KoelzKidz.
6.7. In case of an exchange or return, the article should always returned be in original condition, in original packaging, tags attached, properly packaged and sufficient postage stamp. The customer is responsible for the shipping risk until the article is received at KoelzKidz.
6.8. The customer is at the exchange or return responsible for the shipping risk until the KoelzKidz the article again has in its possession.
6.9. The cost associated with returning an article shall be borne by the customer. Packages with insufficient postage will be refused and not processed. When returning items you will receive the purchase price minus the shipping charges within 14 days of return. If all items of the order are returned the shipping fee will be credited as well. The amount will (at all times) be refunded to the account used for payment.
6.10. Exchange is done once based on shared shipping. This means that the shipping for the item will be returned at the expense of the customer and the shipping cost for the new / replacement article on behalf of KoelzKidz. When more than one time or returning goods, the cost of sending a new article for the account of the buyer.
6:11 If by accident a wrong item has been sent to you, the return shipping cost will be refunded by KoelzKidz.
7.1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you took delivery of the goods.
You use the right of withdrawal by using one of the following methods:
- Utilizing the return procedure described below through My Account, where you want to indicate use in the explanation of the right of withdrawal;
- Contact by [email protected] and reported quoting the order number you want to send wishes to your right of withdrawal and return;
- Utilizing the withdrawal form, fill it in and send it to the return.
We will respond to your request with an acknowledgment. After signing your return message, you have 14 days to return the order. In some cases, you cannot use the right of withdrawal, refer to section 6.2.
7.2 Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive the payments until that time, including (possibly) postage paid, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw from our back. We will pay you back with the same payment as you performed the original transaction. We withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You should check the goods immediately, not later than 14 days from the day you send revokes the agreement to return: KoelzKidz, Hendrick Avercampstraat 72 2406HJ Alphen aan den Rijn.
You are in time if you send back the goods before the deadline of 14 days has expired. The cost and risk of returning to your account. 8. Warranty & Disputes
8.1. KoelzKidz guarantees that the delivered items to the demands/expectations as you may expect, in all fairness of the articles. On the children's backpacks money delivered by our limited warranty on the zipper. We provide 3 months warranty on workmanship for the zipper.
8.2. KoelzKidz seeks to bring the articles as clearly as possible in the image using photographs and accompanying text. Colors can on the pictures on the website slightly differ from reality by the screen setting and lighting when photographing the article. For all photos on the website is that these are indicative only. No rights can be derived.
8.3. Has a complaint, please contact us via the email address [email protected] . We will respond within 2 working days to contact you to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible to your satisfaction.
8.4. KoelzKidz is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the products it sells.
9.1. KoelzKidz respects the privacy of the users of the website and ensures the confidentiality of the personal data that you make available.
9.2. Personal information you provide will be used during the ordering process by KoelzKidz only and will not be given to third parties. The data will be used solely to process your order and to manage the resulting customer relationship.
9.3. If you have subscribed to the newsletter, KoelzKidz using your personal information for advertising purposes KoelzKidz products. If you no longer wish to receive this newsletter, click on the "unsubscribe link" in the newsletter use or send an email to [email protected] . You will receive a confirmation of the deregistration KoelzKidz.
9.4. The personal data stored in the Webshop system KoelzKidz and are not available to others. 10.Liability and force majeure
10.1 KoelzKidz is not liable for not (properly) can fulfill its obligations if there is force majeure.
10.2 Force majeure means in this case, any foreign Cause/circumstance that can not be attributed to KoelzKidz, eg. Transport delays and omissions of (toe) suppliers.
10.3. KoelzKidz reserves in case of force majeure the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part. KoelzKidz will be some fine, pay damages or consequential damages in any case.
No part of this website may be copied, stored, and distributed without written permission from KoelzKidz. All rights of (the content of) the website are reserved to KoelzKidz.
